helpful staff clean pool gym machines worn carpets dated corridors parking lot view
The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the television. the pool was quite clean. it had a good temperature. the gym has several machines including three treadmills.
The carpets in the hallways are quite worn and could use replacing. the corridors looked a little dated. my room faced the parking lot. It wasn't a great view, but i didn't spend much time looking out the window

Acceptable stay overall

helpful staff quiet room delicious breakfast tired decor power point second key
The breakfast tasted good. The chef REALLY knows how to prepare fried eggs. Staff members were cute and helpful . The room was the quietest room I have ever experienced in a hotel, which ensured restful nights.
The corridors in the hotel showed a need for updating. The decor seemed tired. I found the lack of readily available power points near the bed inconvenient for charging devices. Securing a second key or an adapter for charging when the main key was not in the dock proved difficult.

A Decent Stay

helpful staff polite staff friendly staff overpriced food understaffed place bland meal
I had booked a suite. The entire staff were helpful and polite, especially Demish. The staff were friendly and readily accommodated any requests.
The food was overpriced and not tasty. Two simple meals cost me £50. I think the place was understaffed. I will not eat there again.
